Blockchain Disclaimer

Our service records certain data on the Polygon blockchain. You acknowledge that:

• Blockchain transactions are immutable and cannot be altered or deleted
• Transaction data becomes publicly accessible on the blockchain
• We are not responsible for any consequences of blockchain recording

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndiTrace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
